  • Finance Partner Clients: We’re your outsourced finance team. When you want to know if you should hire another employee, expand to a new location, or how best to present numbers in preparation to sell your business, we’re here to help.

Are We A Good Fit?

  • We are currently accepting new business clients. Unfortunately, we are not accepting clients without a business at this time.

  • Of course! We charge $195 for dependent returns.

  • Unfortunately, we do not work with non-profits at this time. We can however provide some referrals if you’re interested.

  • TaxDome is our primary client portal system. We’ll set you up with an account during onboarding. You will use this to access your tax returns, send documents to us, and communicate with out team. A mobile app is available as well which many people find convenient and useful.

    During the onboarding process, you’ll need to accept our engagement letter and set up your payment method through out billing system (Anchor) as well.

    Accounting clients will need to provide us with read-only access to their bank and credit card accounts so that we can pull statements each month. This is required within the first 30 days of onboarding.

    A QuickBooks account is also required but not necessary for you to use. It’s primarily for our internal use.

  • Tax Dome is our primary client portal system. We use it for document storage, file sharing, chat messaging, and more. There’s even an app that you can download!

  • If you’re starting a new business and you’ve chosen the Taxes Only plan, we would not recommend using QuickBooks. We would instead recommend using an Excel spreadsheet or pen and paper to track your income and expenses. Once you are on the Accountant plan, we will set up a QuickBooks Online subscription which we will use internally.

  • Our firm offers convenient software solutions such as TaxDome for uploading documents and accessing returns. We offer texting in addition to phone calls. We’re able to meet via Zoom in place of in-person meetings. Everything we do is meant to make it easier for you to work with us. However, if you are more comfortable doing things in person or through mail, we can certainly work with that as well.

  • All plans are invoiced on the 1st of each month and auto-debited the following week. You will receive an email from our invoicing system (Anchor) to accept the agreement and set up your payment method.

    For ad hoc services or in person items, we accept cash, check, and credit.

  • Yes! We offer a 15% discount for annual subscriptions. Instead of making a payment each month, you can pay for 12 months upfront and receive a 15% discount on the annual cost of your tax and accounting services.
